Why I built this
If you sell on more than one platform, you already know every one of these by heart.
Orders in a sheet. Receipts buried in email. Payouts in the banking app, listings on each platform. Reseller OS pulls orders, expenses and income into one place, so nothing quietly disappears.
The Vinted payout never matches what the listing said. Fees, postage, refunds, returns. Reseller OS does the maths per item and across everything, so you see what each flip cleared.
Built around how reselling works: several platforms, pre-orders, partial refunds, costs that repeat. Adding a sale takes seconds, so the records stay honest.
Mid-cop you've got a dozen Chrome windows, stealth sessions everywhere, maybe a bot running. The spreadsheet tab is long gone. Reseller OS is its own app, sat on the taskbar, one click.

Add orders from email
Connect your inbox and Reseller OS reads your order-confirmation emails and adds the orders itself. Delivery emails mark them received, marketplace sold alerts mark them sold, and anything it can't fully read gets flagged to finish in one click. You type nothing.
Local-first: your inbox password is encrypted on your machine and never sent anywhere. Only the email text is read, just enough to pull out the order. Join the waitlist
Checkouts · for bot users
Point your bot's webhooks at a relay link, or add the reader bot to your Discord. Whatever the bot sends, checkouts, declines, monitor pings, anything else, a copy gets kept and sorted into drops, profiles and hit rates in the cloud, 24/7. Nothing is missed while the app is closed. And for group runners there's a PAS tab: a ledger over your checkouts that tracks who owes on which hit, who has paid, and files paid batches straight into your income. Mid drop, Discord is chaos. This isn't.
Works with any bot that can post a Discord webhook, and your channels still get every webhook byte for byte. Read only by design: captured checkouts never touch your Orders or Inventory. Optional page, illustrative feed shown.
PAS · for group runners
Run a group and every drop leaves you chasing people. Track a checkout and it becomes a line on that member's ledger. Group their profiles under one name so future hits bill to them automatically, mark them paid as the money lands, then file the paid batch straight into your income in one confirm. No spreadsheet, no scrolling back through Discord to work out who got what.
Optional tab, off unless you run a group. The ledger sits on top of your checkouts and never changes the feed, the drops or your orders. Export any member's ledger as a CSV when you need to invoice. Illustrative figures shown.

Connected
Sign in on eBay's own page and the app pulls your sold orders, the fees eBay actually charged including promoted-listing ads, your postage labels and your payouts. Real numbers, not an estimate from a fee rule. And when you're ready to sell, it writes the listing for you and publishes it to eBay.
The real fees, per sale
Final value fees, promoted-listing ad fees and postage labels, straight from eBay's Finances API. If a sale you already logged has a different fee, the app flags it rather than quietly overwriting your number.
Nothing is added behind your back
Sold orders arrive as confirm cards in the Inbox with the real numbers filled in. Nothing is marked Sold until you say so, and sales that match a row you already have are held back so they can't duplicate.
List straight from your stock
Pick something you're holding, let the app draft the title, description and item specifics, edit anything you want, then publish it live to eBay. Nothing goes up until you press Publish.
You sign in on eBay's own page, so your eBay password is never seen by the app, and the connection is stored encrypted on your computer only. eBay serves roughly the last two years of orders and fees through its API, so that is how far back any app can import. Illustrative figures shown.
Amazon is nextComing soon
The same connection for Amazon: your real Amazon fees, payouts and sold orders, suggested into the Inbox the same confirm-first way. Until it lands, Amazon sales are picked up from your sale emails like every other platform.
