In short
Checkouts is a live panel for your checkout bots. It keeps its own copy of every checkout, organised into drops, profiles and orders, and it runs in the cloud 24/7, so nothing is missed while the app is closed. It is a separate dataset from your Orders: captured checkouts are never added to your Orders or Inventory tracker, so it is safe for checking on behalf of a group. What you set here, such as an order State or a card note, stays inside the panel.
