Preferences
Your first name, currency, region (which sets the tax year) and app language; which optional pages show in the sidebar and which ship on or off; Display, Dashboard cards and the Tickets page panels; the Calculations switches (Include Income in Revenue, Include Expenses in Profit, Unrealised profit, FIFO or Average cost basis); and Streaming mode, Return alerts, the Update sound and Invite alerts.
In short
Preferences lives in Settings → Preferences. It is a list of small panes, shown one at a time, and the panes are listed under Preferences in the rail on the left: Personal, Optional pages, Display, Dashboard cards, Tickets page (only while the Tickets page is on), Integrations, Calculations, Streaming mode, Returns and Notifications. Everything here saves the moment you change it. Nothing here edits an order, a sale or an expense: these switches decide what you see and how totals are added up.
