eBay tells you what an item sold for. It does not tell you what you made on it. Reseller OS puts the sale, the fees, the postage and what you paid in one row, so the profit column is the real number.

How it works with a connected account
- Connect your eBay account and your sold orders come in with their own fee figures, so nothing is estimated.
- Promoted listing ad rates count towards that sale's fees, because eBay charged them.
- Your buying costs, postage and packaging sit on the same row as the sale.
- Sales from before you connected can be reviewed and added in one press, or left alone.
Questions
- Does it work out eBay fees for me?
- Yes. A connected sale carries the fees eBay actually charged, including a promoted listing rate. For anything typed in by hand you can set your own fee rules instead.
- Do I have to give it my eBay password?
- No. You sign in with eBay itself and approve the connection there, the normal way, and you can disconnect whenever you like.
- Can I track eBay alongside other platforms?
- Yes, that is the point of it. Vinted, Depop, Whatnot, market stalls and anything else sit in the same Sales page with one profit total.
