Inventory
The stock you have in hand right now. Same records as Orders, filtered to what has arrived.
In short
Inventory is not a second list you maintain. It is your orders, filtered to the ones you physically hold. It is on by default for new installs and can be switched off under Settings, Preferences, Optional pages, Inventory page if you prefer everything on one page.
