Orders
Everything you have bought but not sold yet. Each item is one record, and its status decides which page it sits on.
In short
Orders is the heart of the app. Every item you buy is one record, and that same record moves between Orders, Inventory and Sales as its status changes. Nothing is ever copied between pages: turning a page on or off just changes where you see the row.
