Import and export
How to import a CSV into Reseller OS (drop zone, Adjust columns, the What might be wrong box, skipping bad rows, the Quantity question), download the nine blank templates, export any page as CSV or the whole business as a multi-tab Excel workbook with a date range, and round-trip a file through a spreadsheet without doubling a row.
In short
Everything here lives in Settings, Data Manager. It is the tab for getting data in and out as files: a CSV import that routes every row to the right page, blank templates you can fill in offline, and exports as CSV or as one Excel workbook. Backups are a different thing and have their own tab; see Backups. The Year summary for your accountant sits below Export on the same tab and has its own article: Year summary and tax.
